What time is it?

It’s ten forty-five.

Time Between Whole, Half and Quarter Hour

What time is it?
It’s ten minutes past seven.
It’s seven ten.

What time is it?
It’s twenty minutes past four.
It’s four twenty.

What time is it?
It’s twenty minutes to one.
It’s twelve forty.

What time is it?
It’s five minutes to twelve.
